When do I need to update my firmware?

  • All treadmills/screens purchased after 26th December 2021 have the new modules. Please update them at first use. 
  • Following the purchase of new bluetooth modules (HRM V2 or FTMS V3) for treadmills purchased pre 26th December 2021. Please create a support ticket to enquire about purchasing the new modules.

How to update the firmware

To get started, Download the NoblePro Firmware update app from the Play Store or App Store

  1. Open the NoblePro Firmware Update app
  2. Go onto the second tab “Connect to your treadmill” and connect to HR-XXXX (e.g HR-9865). This will show a tick next to it if connected.
  3. Go onto the first tab “Flash new firmware” and select ‘noblepro-hrm-v2.ufw’
  4. Select Flash new firmware
  5. Ensure this goes to 100% and says ‘successful’ Repeat if this does not say successful.
  6. Go onto “Connect to your treadmill” and select ‘NoblePro-Connect’. This will show a tick next to it if connected.
  7. Go onto the first tab “Flash new firmware” and select ‘noblepro-connect-v3.ufw’
  8. Select Flash new firmware
  9. Ensure this goes to 100% and says ‘successful’ Repeat if this does not say successful.
  10. Reboot your treadmill and phone/device using the NoblePro Firmware update app
  11. Please then try to connect to Kinni by scanning for your treadmill.
It is important that you flash both chips and then reboot all devices/treadmill or the update will not work.
