Andy Raynor
My name is Andy and I am a keen runner who loves to document my journey across a variety of social media platforms. Since taking up running in 2015, I have managed to challenge myself across a multitude of running distances whilst also having a great time in the process! I love to train on the trails, race on the roads and enjoy every moment!
Mike Wilsmore
Middle distance runner, physio and former Royal Marine. Previous BUCS indoor & outdoor champion (1500m) & fortunate enough to have represented England as a middle distance runner. Recently ventured into Master's competitions with a podium in the world champs in 2022. My current plan is to continue trying to be better, running PB's and looking at some longer distances over the coming years.
Hannah Irwin
I am an international long-distance runner, mainly focusing on the 10,000m. I have competed for GB over the 10,000m and represented Northern Ireland at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. My dream is to love the journey of giving my all to my sport to see how far I can go. I would love to make it to the Olympics, and won’t put any limits on what I can achieve.
Jo Meek
My main sport is running, specifically ultra running. I have been honoured to represent GB on the trails and the roads. However I have also raced in the mountains and through the desert with podium finishes at the CCC (UTMB) and the Marathon des Sables. I've been lucky enough to travel to countries far and wide- Scotland to Iran, Kazakstan to Iceland. My goal is to continue running, racing and enjoy wherever it takes me; it's a privilege!
Gill Bland
I love running in all its forms - training, racing, cheering, coaching. I am a member of The Run Testers and write for FastRunning.com. Marathons are my distance of choice and I've won a few of them over the years. I juggle work, church, family and training and love it. Dream goal now is to learn to be a good coach and champion masters women's long distance running (though I'd love to set a new marathon PB).
Paul Navesey
I am endurance athlete who found some success running, mostly road racing. I have had the fortune to represent England at the marathon and 100k distance. As well as finding some success, I also found my wife, Rhiannon, whilst running. Now I am enjoying sharing my running with her, and shortly our baby. Setting my sights on a return to competitive running as well as a few buggy pushing race wins along the way. Alongside my own training I continue helping others to progress their running via a small coaching role.
