Navigating on the Elite E8i Smart Screen

Intoduction

This page provides an overview of how to navigate on the Elite E8i smart touchscreen. The details have also been captured within the User’s Manual which was supplied with the treadmill and free to download here.

How to navigate using touchscreen

The main touch screen navigation controls are built into the top bar for ease of use. The key functions have been explained below:

Back button. Takes you to the previous screen

Home button Takes you back to the home screen

There are a number of “floating” controls that enable additional functions when using entertainment or web browsing apps. The key functions are explained below:

Menu hider Hides all the menus to enable use of the full screen

Quick start / stop Enables starting and stopping of the treadmill whilst using other apps

Fan Control

The single speed fan can be turned on / off by using the fan control function located in the top bar menu.

Volume Control

The speaker output volume can be adjusted by using the volume management function located in the top bar menu.

Date and time settings

The time, date and automatic detection settings of time and date can be changed by touching the time in the top bar menu.
