UK Offshore Delivery Rates & Policies

Delivery Options

We offer kerbside delivery to UK offshore locations, but these will require surcharges depending on individual locations. All products are supplied flat-packed, unassembled and on a pallet.

Locations covered

The following UK offshore areas are covered (exclusions may still apply):

  • Northern Ireland
  • Southern Ireland
  • Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Sark, Herm and Alderney)
  • Isle Of Man
  • Isle Of Wight
  • Isle of Scilly
  • Orkney
  • Shetland

Ordering process

During the checkout, delivery will be indicated as POR [Price on Request]. To confirm the delivery price, please email [email protected] to enquire regarding pricing to your location.

If you would prefer to organise the collection yourself, this option is available from the warehouse for POR postcodes. Please contact us for more information about this service.

Assembly Service

No assembly service is available directly from NoblePro.

Product packaging

All products come in flat-packed boxes and will be unassembled. Two people are required to handle and assemble the equipment. To see the dimensions and weight of the boxes please refer to the product page. Use the online downloadable guide and video to assemble the items and please contact us if you have any questions regarding the assembly of your goods.

Delivery Process

Delivery Tracking: A delivery date with our partners, will be confirmed with you within 5 working days of the order being confirmed by NoblePro. Please allow 7-10 working days for your delivery to arrive dependent on location. If you require additional information, please contact NoblePro and we will provide relevant delivery feedback.  

Returns/replacement: Ensure you have checked all the packaged items and if any are damaged or broken you need to contact us within 48hrs to return or replace the damaged goods.


Repair labour is not fully covered for locations outside of NoblePro’s service area. NoblePro will contribute a standard service charge rate under the warranty terms and conditions. Please contact us for your specific location coverage prior to purchase.
