Delivery Rates & Policies

Delivery Options

We offer free delivery to most areas within the UK with a few exceptions which require surcharges. Delivery options available to you will be automatically shown during the checkout process otherwise, please contact [email protected] for more information. 

Our delivery partners have allocated delivery days within the UK. The first day of delivery available is 72 hours following completion of the pre-delivery questionnaire after ordering. Please see the options available within the postcode matrix and further details outlined below.

Free Deliveries 

  • Standard delivery is available to most UK addresses.
  • A delivery date will be arranged within 3-5 working days of the pre-delivery questionnaire being completed following your order being placed.
  • Our delivery partners have set delivery days (refer to postcode matrix above) to certain postcodes. 
  • Our delivery partner will ask you a series of questions regarding your property access before they can confirm the allocated delivery date.
  • Delivery is undertaken with a two-man team room of your choice which is clear of restrictions and stairs. Please contact us before ordering if there is stairs into the property so we can ensure there will be no delivery issues.
  • This service is not covered for offshore locations.

Remote Deliveries [Additional Fee]

  • Standard delivery is available to more remote addresses at an additional fee which is shown during checkout.
  • A delivery date will be arranged within 3-5 working days of the pre-delivery questionnaire being completed following your order being placed. Our delivery partner will contact you via text to confirm a delivery date before delivery is attempted.
  • Our delivery partner will ask you a series of questions regarding your property access before they can confirm the allocated delivery date.
  • Delivery is undertaken with a two-man team room of your choice which is clear of restrictions and stairs. Please contact us before ordering if there is stairs into the property so we can ensure there will be no delivery issues.
  • This service is not covered for offshore/remote locations.

Remote Deliveries [POR]

  • This option is indicated as “Price on Request” during the checkout process. Please check prior to completing your order, as this will incur a fee that is required prior to organising delivery.
  • We offer kerb side only deliveries to offshore and more remote areas at an additional cost.
  • The delivery costing is provided on request. Please contact [email protected] to arrange.
  • Collection options are available from the warehouse if required for POR postcodes. Please contact us for more information about this service.

  • This service is not covered for offshore locations.

Remote Deliveries [Additional Fee]

  • Standard delivery is available to more remote addresses at an additional fee which is shown during checkout.
  • A delivery date will be arranged within 3-5 working days of the order being placed. Our delivery partner will contact you via text to confirm a delivery date before delivery is attempted.
  • Our delivery partner will ask you a series of questions regarding your property access before they can confirm the allocated delivery date.

Free Deliveries [Standard] (Service not currently available)

  • Standard delivery is available to all German addresses.
  • Dispatch will be arranged within a couple of days of the order being placed. Our logistic partners will contact you via email or phone call to confirm a delivery date before delivery is attempted.
  • The equipment ordered will usually be delivered within 2-7 working days within Germany if the item ordered is in stock.
  • Delivery is undertaken with a one-man-only curbside.
  • This service is not covered for offshore locations.

Assembly Service

  • The assembly service is only available to ‘Free delivery‘ addresses and some ‘Remote delivery’ addresses. Please contact [email protected] if you are unsure which category you fall into.
  • Please note, assembly options will automatically be displayed on the checkout page, so please contact us if you are unsure. 
  • Assembly will take place with the delivery team at the same time as the delivery of your treadmill.
  • Product assembly and delivery days are allocated between Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. Delivery day options are determined by a postcode matrix defined by our delivery partners, that you can choose from.  
  • If a named day or specific time slot is preferred please contact [email protected] directly prior to purchase.
  • These additional services will incur a fee dependent on the type of product purchased and location.

Product packaging

All unassembled products come in flat packed boxes. Two people are required to handle and assemble the equipment. To see the dimensions and weight of the boxes please refer to the product page. Use the online downloadable guide to assemble the items and please contact us if you have any questions regarding the assembly of your goods. The packaging is removed by default if you are scheduled to have the assembly service.

Delivery Process

Delivery Tracking: A delivery date will be confirmed via text with you within 2 working days of the order being placed, when in stock via our delivery partners Bishopsgate. Once a named date has been confirmed, a text will be sent out 24hrs in advance as a reminder. The delivery crew will call 60 min prior to delivery on the delivery date.

Failed Delivery: If the delivery fails as a result of the customer not being home at the arranged time slot or incorrect pre-delivery information provided meaning the product cannot be delivered safely, then a failed delivery charge will be incurred and redelivery will need to be rearranged.

Reschedule Delivery: If you need to reschedule delivery please ensure you contact us within 48hrs of the delivery confirmation date to reschedule to ensure or a failed delivery charge will be incurred.

Damaged goods or boxes: When the delivery arrives, please check the boxes and if they or the goods are clearly damaged as you are able to refuse the delivery. Please contact us to arrange for the replacement of the goods if they are faulty.

Check breakage/faulty goods: Ensure you have checked all the packaged items and if any are damaged or broken you need to contact us within 48hrs to return or replace the damaged goods.

Returns: In the case of a return, you will need to still have the packaging. You can ask the assembly services to leave the packaging behind or not to assemble the treadmill at the point of delivery to enable a full refund if required.

Restrictions

A smooth and successful delivery requires information on any possible restrictions. The restrictions are determined by our delivery partners, and not NoblePro. Please check if any of the following restrictions apply to you and inform the appropriate provider when they contact you:

Road Access
The delivery trucks are larger than you think. The team will require road access for a 18 tonne heavy goods vehicle (very large!). A surcharge will be requested if a smaller truck if required for harder to access properties.

Doors / Lifts / Passage less than the box dimensions
Grab the measuring tape because eyes can be deceiving. See box dimensions here.

Steps 
If you have any steps or stairs inside or out. Our two man delivery team cannot deliver up multiple steps due to the weight of the treadmills. 

Tight spaces
If you need to pivot furniture around these corners.

Clear Path
If there are any locked gates, hidden entry, fences, hedges or objects in the path of the delivery.

If any of the restrictions above are not mentioned prior to delivery and this results in a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for failed delivery charges. If you are unsure, please contact [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.
