Delivery Rates & Policies

Delivery Options

We offer free delivery to most areas in the UK with a few exceptions which require surcharges. Delivery options that are available to you will be automatically shown during the checkout process. All products are supplied flat packed and unassembled.

Free Deliveries [Standard]

  • Standard delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses.
  • Dispatch will be arranged within a couple of days of the order being placed. Our delivery agent will contact you via email or phone call to confirm a delivery date before delivery is attempted.
  • The equipment ordered will usually be delivered within 2-7 working days within England & Wales and 4-14 days in Scotland, if the item ordered is in stock.
  • Delivery is undertaken with a two man team only to a ground floor room of your choice which is clear of restrictions.
  • This service is not covered for offshore locations.

UK Offshore Deliveries [Standard]

  • UK Offshore deliveries are offered to restricted areas.
  • This service covers the following postcodes:
    BT, GY, JE, PO30-41, IM

Free Deliveries [Standard]

  • Standard delivery is available to all German addresses.
  • Dispatch will be arranged within a couple of days of the order being placed. Our delivery agent (Rhenus Sports Tech GmbH) will contact you via email or phone call to confirm a delivery date before delivery is attempted.
  • The equipment ordered will usually be delivered within 2-7 working days within Germany, if the item ordered is in stock.
  • Delivery is undertaken with a one-man only curbside.
  • This service is not covered for offshore locations.

Assembly Service

  • Assembly options will automatically be displayed on the checkout page. 
  • Assembly will take place with the delivery team at the same time as the delivery of your treadmill.
  • Assembly post delivery does not include moving the treadmill from its delivery position. 
  • Product assembly and delivery are available Monday to Friday.
  • This service will incur a fee dependent on the type of product purchased and location.

Product packaging

All unassembled products come in flat packed boxes. Two people are required to handle and assemble the equipment. To see the dimensions and weight of the boxes please refer to the product page. Use the guide supplied to assemble the items and please contact us if you have any questions regarding the assembly of your goods.

Delivery Process

Delivery Tracking: A delivery date will be confirmed with you within a couple of days of the order being placed, when in stock. Tracking will be made available once delivery date has been confirmed and will be activated 48 hrs before the scheduled delivery time.

Failed Delivery: If the delivery fails as a result of the customer not being home at the arranged time slot then a failed delivery charge will be incurred and redelivery will need to be rearranged.

Reschedule Delivery: If you need to reschedule delivery please ensure you contact us within 48hrs of the delivery confirmation date to reschedule to ensure no further charges will be incurred.

Damaged goods or boxes: When the delivery arrives please check the boxes and if they or the goods are clearly damaged you are able to refuse the delivery. Contact us to arrange for the replacement of the goods.

Check breakage/faulty goods: Ensure you have checked all the packaged items and if any are damaged or broken you need to contact us within 48hrs to return or replace the damaged goods.
