Delivery Information

Delivery Options

We offer free delivery to most areas in the UK with a few exceptions which require surcharges. Delivery options that are available to you will be automatically shown during the checkout process. All products are supplied flat packed and unassembled.  

Free Deliveries [Standard]

  • Standard delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses.
  • Dispatch will be arranged within 2 days of the order being placed with our delivery agent contacting you via email and text message with a tracking link.
  • The equipment ordered will usually be delivered within 5-7 working days if the item ordered is in stock.
  • Delivery is two man team to the ground floor room of your choice which is clear of restrictions.
  • Free delivery is also available to one floor upstairs or downstairs which is clear of any restrictions.
  • This service is not covered for offshore locations.

Offshore Deliveries [Standard]

  • Offshore deliveries are not offered directly.
  • We can deliver to a shipper of your choice within the mainland UK for £60.
    This service overs the following postcodes:
    GY, HS, IM, IV41-49, IV55-56, JE, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH41-44, PO30-41, TR21-25
  • We do not offer any delivery options for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Optional Delivery Extras

Saturday Deliveries

  • We offer Saturday deliveries for selected areas at an additional cost.
  • If available it will be offered automatically during the checkout process.
  • We strive to deliver on the first Saturday after you place your order. This may not always be possible with your order being delivered on a subsequent Saturday.

Assembly Service

  • You can choose to have your treadmill assembled once delivered by our professional partners.
  • These services will be arranged on a weekday of your choice.
  • Assembly can be scheduled from 1 day after delivery has arrived.
  • Assembly service does not include moving equipment from delivery location.
  • Product assembly is available Monday to Friday.
  • This service will incur a fee dependent on the type of product purchased.
  • If available you will be offered the delivery option automatically during the checkout process.

Disposal Service

  • You can choose to have your old treadmill removed during the delivery of your new one.
  • The old treadmill needs to be disassembled for removal.
  • This service will incur a fee dependent on the type of product purchased.
  • If available you will be offered the delivery option automatically during the checkout process.

Product packaging

All unassembled products come in flat packed boxes. Two people are required to handle and assemble the equipment. To see the dimensions and weight of the boxes please refer to the product page. Use the guide supplied to assemble the items and please contact us if you have any questions regarding assembly of your goods.

Delivery Process

Delivery Tracking: Dispatch will be arranged within 2 days of the order being placed, when in stock. A text message will be sent to confirm delivery information the day before.

Failed Delivery: If the delivery fails as a result of the customer a failed delivery charge of £55 will be incurred and redelivery will be arranged.

Reschedule Delivery: If you need to reschedule delivery please ensure you contact us within 24hrs of the delivery confirmation to reschedule to ensure no charges will be incurred.

Damaged goods or boxes: When the delivery arrives please check the boxes and if they or the goods are clearly damaged you are able to refuse the delivery. Contact us to arrange for the replacement of the goods.

Check breakage/faulty goods: Ensure you have checked all the packaged items and if any are damaged or broken you need to contact us within 48hrs to return or replace the damaged goods.
