COVID-19 Update

We are working hard to secure the logistics chain since the havoc Covid and Brexit have caused on the global supply chain. We are finding the worst delays are at source and at the UK ports, we will keep you up to date with any changes as we get them on this page.

Many industries including ourselves faced logistical and supply issues brought on by Covid and Brexit in 2020. Going into 2021 we still face difficulties in getting supplies due to high global demand and manufacturing shortages. We are working hard with suppliers and our logistics chain to keep the treadmills in stock as much as possible.

Delivery information

If you ordered an assembly service, the assembly company will be in touch once you have a confirmed delivery date from the courier.

Once dispatched all delivery updates can be found here and on your account. Email updates will be sent out from ourselves and Panther Group, our courier partners. Please understand that these timelines are subject to change, most of which is unfortunately completely out of our control.

Orders placed after 12th April

This shipment is due in the UK on the 18th June, once we have cleared customs and transported the treadmills to the warehouse we will send your tracking information out.

The Elite E8.0 is now in stock, normal delivery times apply.

Support Service

We endeavour to be transparent and keep you updated as much as possible but because the situation is so volatile we will sometimes ask you to wait for confirmed information as we get it.

Assembly Service

The assembly service is currently available however there may be a slight delay due to Covid, please note assembly is serviced by an independent company and not the delivery company and therefore won’t take place on the delivery day due to the volatile nature of delivery times at the moment. Once we have a confirmed dispatch date for your order we will be able to confirm if the service will be affected.


Due to the current climate and the inevitable delays we will offer a full refund anytime with no questions asked if requested before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you wish to request a refund we fully understand, please email us on [email protected]
