COVID-19 Update

We are all hoping going into 2021 that life will start to resemble that which we left behind at the beginning of 2020. As a UK based retailer we still depend on supplies and manufacturing from all over the world. This means that at different points throughout the year we have faced issues ranging from shortage of supplies, severe lack of shipping space, blockages at UK and EU ports and skyrocketing supply and shipping costs. We have also struggled immensely being a smaller company in the global market as the large companies will get preference when supplies are limited.

However, we have weathered the storm and are determined to grow and build the wonderful running community that still thrives even through the darkest days.  We have been resolute in shouldering the brunt of the extensive increase in costs as we know this is a short term problem, and we want to support the running community as best we can. There is no time like the present to show your resilience and character.

Delivery Update

Orders placed before 31 Dec 2020

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Our shipping agents have informed us that due to the excessive backlog at Tangier for goods coming to the UK, our goods were not loaded during the current round trip. The update has stated that the Minerva vessel is scheduled to return to Tangier in the upcoming days to load our stock. The expected arrival dates at Southampton are currently expected to be 26-28 January 2021.

The vessel tracking information remains available below but please keep in mind that the dates stated above are the latest we have available and not the Maritime Route Forecast. We strive to provide the most up-to-date information made available to us via the shipping agents to keep you informed.

If you ordered assembly service, the team will be in touch to arrange this nearer the delivery date. Heart rate (HR) monitors are shipped separately. Note there may be delays with the assembly service due to the national lock down.

Once dispatched all delivery updates can be found here, and on your account. Email updates will be sent out from ourselves and Panther Group, our courier partners. Please understand that these timelines are subject to change, most of which is unfortunately completely out of our control.

You are able to pre-order for the next shipment which is due end February, once our logistics team have tracking information this page will be updated with more accurate information.

We endeavor to be transparent and keep you updated as much as possible but because the situation is so volatile we will sometimes ask you to wait for confirmed information as we get it.

Assembly Service

Following the Government announcement on the 4th Jan 2021 the assembly service offered might be affected. Once we have a confirmed dispatch date for your order we will be able to confirm if the service will be effected.


This specific shipment has been adversely affected by every logistical issue Covid and Brexit could have had and we understand it has negatively impacted on your winter training. We will offer a full refund anytime with no questions asked if requested, before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
